1. Service Returns

As our services are primarily provided in-person and involve specialized work for exterior, interior, and technology installations, services are not eligible for return once completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed in exceptional cases only, where:

There has been a significant error or oversight in the service provided.
We are unable to complete the requested service as agreed.

Refunds are only applicable if the service has not been completed, or if there is a significant failure on our part to provide the service as promised.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team within 24 Hours of the scheduled service.
Provide a clear explanation of the issue or service failure.
Once we review the request, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Cash on delivery payments will be refunded in the same manner, if eligible.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

If the customer has changed their mind after the service is completed.
If the customer fails to provide accurate information or access for the service.
If delays occur due to external factors beyond our control (weather, supplier issues).

5. Charges

In the event that a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be the service fee paid minus any applicable charges that were incurred ( travel, materials, etc.).
Please note that processing times for refunds may vary, depending on your payment method.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
